I'm trying to build a PC with a budget of €800, ideally under €700, including a case and CPU cooler. Here's what I have so far:
- **CPU**: Intel Core i5-12400F 2.5 GHz 6-Core Processor for €179.99
- **Motherboard**: Asus PRIME B660M-K D4 Micro ATX for €130.21
- **Memory**: Kingston FURY Beast RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 (price not listed yet)
- **Storage**: KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G4 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD for €142.99
- **Video Card**: ASRock Challenger OC Radeon RX 7600 8 GB for €249.99
- **Power Supply**: be quiet! System Power 11 U 650 W (price not listed yet)
Total so far is approximately €703.18. Any advice would be super helpful!

That RX 7600 seems overpriced. You could probably grab a 9060 XT or a 5060 for around €280-€300, and they perform 50% better. Plus, that SSD is a bit overkill. Start with 1TB or even 500GB now and upgrade later if needed, to allocate more budget for better parts. For CPU, a 5600 or 5700X might be a better deal too!
It's worth checking out the country selector on PCPartPicker. It’ll help you with price conversions for your location, which is super handy!
Didn’t know that—thanks for the info!
What country are you building this in?
I’m in Lithuania.
Honestly, the price on that SSD feels a bit too high, especially since the motherboard won't support PCIe 5.0. You might want to consider a cheaper 2TB PCIe 4.0 drive instead for better value!
Thank you for the tip!
What SSD would you suggest?

I appreciate the advice! I was eyeing the 9060 XT at first, but the cheapest here was around €400. The 5060 looks better at €300, so I’ll consider that. The i5 is also around €20 cheaper than the 5700X right now, so I think I'm leaning towards it.
