Looking for Feedback on My First PC Build

I'm building my first PC and have put together a list of components. I haven't added any fans yet because I plan to buy them once I choose a case. I'd really appreciate any insights on my setup, especially if anything looks like it might compromise the build. I'm still learning and know there will be mistakes, but I'm taking my time to get it right!

You might want to reconsider the 2TB hard drive. They don't scale in price very well—if you shop around, you could score a larger drive for just a bit more. If you're transferring the Barracuda from your old PC, that could work, but maybe check for good deals on larger HDDs too.

Consider this alternative build. It could save you some cash and offers slightly better performance. For your power supply, a 1000W is overkill; the Montech PSU comes in a 1050W option if you really want a little extra. Also, keep in mind that liquid cooling isn't a must, although the Arctic Freezer III you've chosen is a solid pick! Just a heads-up, if you're using that case, I'd steer clear of Gigabyte graphics cards because of a thermal issue they have. You might want to look at PNY or Asus options instead.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll definitely look into alternative graphics cards and rethink the power supply.

I’d skip the fancy AIO cooler for that CPU and stick with something simpler. You don't need an expensive motherboard either; a B850 will do just fine. You can save some cash by opting for a more cost-effective RAM kit and a decent 4GB NVMe SSD. Also, consider a lower-cost GPU—there’s a significant price gap that could benefit your wallet!
