Hey everyone! I'm transitioning from consoles to building my own PC, and I'm aiming to create a SteamOS machine that matches the performance of a PS5 and Xbox Series X. I already have a nice 8bitdo controller and a TV to use with it. I've put together a part list, and while it's compatible according to PC Part Picker, I'm not super experienced in PC building. I'm hoping to get your thoughts on this setup and see if there are any major issues or red flags you might spot. Here's my part list:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core Processor
- CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M GAMING X WIFI6 Micro ATX AM4
- Memory: Crucial Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200
- Storage: Western Digital WD Green SN3000 2 TB M.2 NVME SSD
- Video Card: PowerColor Reaper Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB
- Case: Asus Prime AP201 MicroATX Mini Tower
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A550BN 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified
- OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home OEM - DVD 64-bit

You might want to skip Windows 11 for now and check out some free Linux gaming distros instead! Everything else in your build looks solid. If you initially budgeted for Windows, consider reallocating those funds to a higher wattage power supply for more stability.
Just a quick note about your power supply: 550W should be okay for the most part, but if you ever want to upgrade or overclock in the future, you might want to consider a higher wattage PSU. It's always better to have a buffer!
