I'm excited to finally buy a gaming PC with some help from a relative! I've put together a build so far and would love some advice or reassurance before I make the investment. I want to avoid spending too much while ensuring the setup is future-proof. Here's what I have:
- Zotac RTX 5070
- AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
- MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard
- MSI MAG A750GL 750W power supply
- Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 5600MHz 32GB RAM
- Kingston NV3 SSD 2TB
- Phanteks Eclipse G360A Mid Tower case
- Thermaltake 240mm LA240-S CPU liquid cooler
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Consider swapping out the liquid cooler for a Phantom Spirit if you're looking to save some cash. You might also think about downgrading the CPU to something like a 7500F or 9600X; they're similar in gaming performance but a bit easier on the wallet. If your budget allows, look into getting a 9070XT or a 5070 Ti for better graphics performance!
I agree with the CPU suggestion. The 9600X is more than enough for your GPU setup and it’s cheaper. Plus, Thermalright coolers are solid and budget-friendly. Consider going for DDR5-6000 RAM to maximize performance with the 9000 series CPUs. Your SSD is good, but there are cheaper options too. If you can stretch your budget, the 9070XT is a fantastic choice. I've linked my suggested parts if you want to compare!
This is super helpful, thanks! I’ll definitely check out your suggestions.
Also, I'd love any recommendations for budget-friendly keyboards and mice since I'm starting from zero!

Thanks for the tips! I really appreciate your suggestions! I’ll definitely think about those alternatives.
