Hey everyone! I'm excited to build a new PC and although I'm not a total newbie, there's been a lot of changes lately. I'd love some feedback on the components I've chosen and whether there are any red flags. Here's my setup:
- **Case**: Thermaltake View 380 TG with 10 Lian Li fans. I should have great airflow thanks to the chimney effect.
- **CPU**: Intel Core i9-14900K with Lian Li HydroShift LCD 360S.
- **Motherboard**: ASRock Z790 NOVA.
- **GPU**: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 5070 Ti SOLID SFF OC, 16GB GDDR7.
- **RAM**: 2x Crucial Pro OC Schwarz 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5-6400, totaling 128GB. I know using four RAM slots might lower the speed, but I figured having more is better than needing more later, right?
- **PSU**: MSI MAG A1000GL 1000W.
All parts are already shipped and should arrive tomorrow, but I'm open to making changes if there are any major issues. Does this build look good to you, or should I switch something out? I'll share a picture of the final PC once it's set up!

You might want to replace the PSU. Go for a Tier A+ or A power supply for better reliability. Check out PSU tier lists online to pick a solid one.
I switched my RAM to Corsair Vengeance 2x48GB at 6400 speed—may be a good alternative! And blending the empty slots with a lighting kit should look nice!
Your RAM won't run at the full 6400 speed with all four slots populated. Do you really need 128GB? That’s a lot for most tasks, unless you're running intensive applications or virtual machines.
If you're looking for better performance with RAM, consider switching to 2x64GB instead of 4x32GB. It's usually better for speed and stability!
