Looking for Gaming and AI Build Advice

Hey everyone! I'm putting together a new gaming rig (going with AMD instead of Nvidia, just a heads up). Here's what I've got so far for my build:

- **Case:** Fractal Pop XL Silent
- **PSU:** be quiet! Straight Power 12 Platinum 1200 W
- **CPU Fan:** Noctua Nh-U14s Tr4-Sp3
- **CPU:** Ryzen 9 9950X3DAM5, 4.30 GHz, 16-Core
- **Mainboard:** ???
- **SSD System:** Samsung 990 Pro 2000 GB, M.2 2280
- **SSD:** Samsung 870 EVO 4000 GB, 2.5"
- **RAM:** Kingston FURY Beast 2 x 32GB, 6000 MHz, DDR5-RAM, DIMM
- **GPU:** ASUS PRIME RADEON RX 9070 XT OC

But I've got some open questions:
- Does everything here make sense? If you see anything wrong or have better options (around the same price), please tell me!
- What motherboard should I get?
- Also, which motherboard will let me run two graphics cards?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You might want to think about switching from Noctua to Thermalright for cooling. It’s often more effective and costs less. Just a thought! Also, if you're set on using AI, have you checked if the specific AI models you want to run can handle the AMD GPU?

The PSU you picked might be larger than necessary unless you plan to upgrade to a much beefier GPU later on. Also, keep in mind that 16GB of VRAM could feel limiting soon. If you’re sticking with an AMD card, consider going for the Pro line with 32GB VRAM; you might not need it now, but future models will demand more.

I’d recommend avoiding Asrock and possibly Asus for the motherboard, as they’ve had issues with the 9000 series CPUs. Also, when you say you want to run two cards, make sure to check how the PCIe lanes are allocated on potential motherboards to see what could happen with multiple cards.
