I'm a student with a low-spec computer and can't upgrade my system anytime soon. My current specs are: Motherboard: B75H2-M3 v1.0, RAM: 16GB DDR3 at 1600MHz, CPU: i5-3470, Monitor: 19 inches at 60Hz, and I'm using integrated graphics (HD2500). My PSU is 750 watts, but it doesn't have PCIe connectors. I'm only able to afford a GPU in the range of $10 to $20 (around 500 to 1000 Philippine pesos). Can anyone suggest a GPU that's worth getting? I mostly play games like Valorant, Roblox, and do schoolwork.

At that price point, your best bet is to check out the local used market. You might find something like an RX 480 or an old HD 7870, but don't expect fantastic performance. The GTX 1050 Ti is usually the lowest I'd recommend, but it'll be significantly above your budget. Definitely steer clear of the GTX 1030; it's just not worth it.
Have you checked local used markets yet? It sounds a bit unusual that your PSU wouldn’t have PCIe cables. If you're looking for cards in your price range, the GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti could be your best options, but they do require a 6-pin connector from the PSU. Just keep looking; you might get lucky!
That's understandable! Just keep an eye out—you could still find a good deal.
I haven't checked yet because the marketplace restricts me since I'm a minor.
