I'm considering buying a new graphics card and my budget is between 300-500 euros. I have a preference for NVIDIA cards because I've faced issues with AMD's RX series in the past, and I'm more familiar with NVIDIA's GeForce software.

Why not rob a bank? Just kidding! Seriously though, consider aiming for the RTX 5090 if you can stretch your budget—it's top-tier performance.
You could look into the 4070 Ti or the Ti Super version. They perform really well and may fit your budget for a used option.
If you're lucky enough to find the RTX 5070 or even the RX 9070 at MSRP, definitely go for it! But realistically, the 5060 Ti or 4070 Ti are solid choices.
For the price range, the 5060 Ti 16GB is good, but it might be hard to find one under budget in Europe. I'd stick with the RX 9060 XT if you're looking for something available.
I’d recommend checking out the RX 9060 XT 16GB; it's a solid choice. If you're willing to spend a bit more, the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB could work too, but be mindful of the prices in Europe.
Also, I looked up prices in Germany, and I found that the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is actually a bit over your budget.

Just to clarify, you're talking about the 9060 XT 16GB, right?
