Hey everyone! I'm having some serious connection and high latency problems while playing games like Arc Raiders and Battlefield 6. I've tried everything from optimizing the game settings to lowering all graphics to low, but the issue persists. During gameplay, my CPU and GPU usage spikes to 80-90%, and my AIO cooler shows temperatures between 100-130°F. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'm hoping you can help me out. My setup includes a B650E Max Gaming motherboard, a ThermalRight AIO cooler, 32GB of Trident Z5 RAM, an MSI GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card, and an AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6-core processor. Also, I'm using Windows 11, but it's not activated—could that be affecting my performance? I'm hardwired into my router, so I'm wondering if my specs handle the usage and temps well, and how I can fix this server latency and random disconnects while gaming. Thanks in advance for your help!

It sounds like your connection issues are likely due to your internet provider or local connection problems rather than your PC specs. Things like weak wireless signals or network congestion can cause high latency. Lowering graphics settings won't help with that. Make sure your internet is stable, especially since you've got a gaming-specific modem. Also, since your performance might be lagging with high CPU/GPU usage, consider updating your NVIDIA drivers if you haven't already. That's usually a good first step!

I have a similar setup, and I found tweaking the Quality of Service (QoS) settings on my router really helped improve connectivity. You might want to check if you have that option available.
