Has anyone here had experience using Amazon Q Business at an enterprise level? I'm eager to learn how it manages company data internally and what configurations are necessary for integrating it into our own applications.

From my experience, Google Agentspace really outshines Q Business. I know product managers on the Q team who prefer using Agentspace for their side projects.

If you're worried about your enterprise data mixing with other LLM models, there's a Service Control Policy (SCP) you can enable at the organization level. That way, your data stays within your company’s environment.

We've dabbled with Q Business, and honestly, it has some strong points. Setting it up with various data sources is a breeze. However, it seems to have a short attention span—a lot of folks try it, think it's cool, but don't really stick with it. They might use it occasionally, but most of the time they lean towards the more mainstream tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, which don’t need enterprise data connections. It feels like Q Business could be more valuable, but its niche appeal and cost hold it back.
