I recently upgraded my PC with a Ryzen 7 5700x3d, updated the BIOS, and reinstalled Windows from a USB drive. I've enabled XMP and updated all the drivers, but I noticed that my current motherboard (Biostar b450mhp) doesn't have the Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) option in the BIOS. I scoured the settings and only found LCLK in the AMD overclocking section.
I'm considering upgrading my motherboard since I need one with an NVMe slot and built-in Wi-Fi. I'm looking at the MSI Mag B550m Pro-Vdh WIFI mATX AM4 DDR4 Gaming Motherboard, as it has the features I want, but I'm unsure if it's a good choice. I want something solid but not overly expensive—no overkill with diminishing returns. Here are my full specs:
- Ryzen 7 5700x3d
- 9060XT 16GB
- 1stplayer 750W 80+ gold power supply
- Biostar b450mhp motherboard
- Kingston Fury HyperX 3200MHz DDR4 (16x2)
- Deepcool AG200 cooler
- 4 generic fans (1 exhaust, 3 intake)
- Meteor 03 Inplay case

That MSI Mag B550m Pro-Vdh is a solid choice! It's one of the best motherboards out there for AM4 right now. Good features and reliable performance. I'd say go for it!
Are there any known issues with it though? I saw a post mentioning that the Wi-Fi can be a bit sketchy.
