I'm a 3D animator currently using a single RTX 4090, but I'm considering adding a 5090 for batch rendering with Iray, which supports multiple GPUs, even of different types. My concern is whether both GPUs would fit in my case without sagging. I'd prefer a case that allows for good airflow, even if it's larger in size. Should I just get a tall tower or are there ways to prevent GPU sag in a multi-GPU setup? Also, I'm curious about the practicality of using dual PSUs, particularly in the Phanteks Enthoo 719 case that can accommodate a second PSU. I already own one, so if I don't need to replace my current 1000-watt PSU, that would be great!

I recommend looking at a full ATX tower case and using a PCI-e riser for the second GPU. The spacing on your motherboard's PCI-e slots is what you should focus on, rather than just the case itself.
You might want to check out the BeQuiet Light Base 600 or 900 series cases. They're versatile and can switch from a medium to a full tower design, or even lay horizontally, which could suit your needs.
Do full ATX towers provide a different mounting option for GPUs that's independent of the motherboard? That could be a game changer!
