Looking for Open-Source Location Mapping Tools for Schools

Hey everyone! I'm part of a school district that has about 20 locations. We've been using a third-party application to show school locations on our website, featuring things like radius searches, boundaries, and nearest school lookups. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts, we need to shut down this third-party service. I'm on the lookout for open-source applications or services that I can host on a virtual machine and integrate into our website to keep these features alive. Any suggestions or advice would be really appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

It would be really helpful to know what specific application you're currently using so we can find a suitable replacement! But if you're looking for open-source options, tools like Leaflet or OpenLayers might be good bets for interactive maps.

We’re using the PS School Management application, and it's a component of their features.
