Looking for Recommendations for Remote Access Software for IT Services

Hi everyone! I'm part of an IT services company that manages between 100 to 160 PCs spread across different client companies (approximately 60, 30, and 40 PCs respectively). We're currently using Alpemix for remote access, but we're not satisfied with its interface—it's quite clunky and not user-friendly. I'm on the lookout for a reliable remote access solution that allows us to group by client, is easy to use, and won't break the bank. Any suggestions from your experiences? I really appreciate your help!

We use Remote Desktop Manager along with SSLVPNs. If you're focusing on day-to-day support, any solid screen sharing tool would work. For a more integrated solution, check out the Datto suite; it allows for software deployment and remote access from the same platform. Just a heads up, their quality might have changed since their acquisition by Kaseya.

Depending on your needs, you might look at NinjaOne or NinjaRMM if you don’t have an RMM yet. They offer great remote access options. If you truly want the best experience, you can't go wrong with BeyondTrust. It's feature-rich and secure, although the setup can be a bit tricky.

Have you considered Action1? It fits your needs really well. It's free for up to 200 endpoints and allows you to keep different companies organized under one primary account, so it's great for separating client data.

You might want to check out TeamViewer or AnyDesk! They’re popular options and pretty user-friendly. If you're using Intune, their Remote Help could be a good fit too.

You could also consider Atera—it’s tailored for managed service providers and includes client grouping as well as remote access through Splashtop. Rustdesk is another option to evaluate if you want something a bit different.
