Hey everyone! I'm taking the lead on a project to find an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution for managing about 350-400 mobile devices in our company, mainly focusing on COBO (company-owned, business-only). We've got roughly 60% iOS and 40% Android devices, and I need an MDM that allows me to customize configurations without requiring any action from users. Here are the key features I'm looking for:
- The ability to locate devices at any time.
- Options to erase all data and lock a device if it's lost.
- Pushing contact lists to all or selected devices.
- Remote customization like installing/removing apps, auto-connecting to specific networks, setting a corporate background, and pre-loading contact lists.
I've been testing Ivanti Neurons for MDM but I've had some concerns with their support. I might explore other solutions to see if there are better options out there. Also, Intune might be out of our budget, but I'd still love to hear about any experiences you have with different MDMs!

It sounds like you have a solid set of requirements! Most MDM solutions can handle those features, but remember that a lot of it boils down to what the device OS allows. Features like remote wiping and locating are pretty standard across MDMs like MobileIron and Workspace One. Your infrastructure and budget will likely play a big role in your final decision. Good luck!
