Looking for Smart Plug Recommendations for Remote Rebooting

I recently bought a Google Nest Home Mini (2nd gen) for my father, who is mostly blind, so he can enjoy podcasts, audiobooks, and general information. Since I'm familiar with Google devices, I figured I'd be able to help him out if he runs into any tech issues.

However, I know that he sometimes will need the device power cycled, like I do with my own. Given his balance issues and blindness, it's not safe for him to have to bend down and unplug it. I'm hoping to find a smart plug that I can control remotely from my home, which is just a 10-minute drive away, and he has Wi-Fi available. If there's a simpler way to reboot the Google Nest Home Mini, I'd love to hear about that too! I tried giving a voice command for a reboot, but it didn't work.

I've been using Tapo P110 smart plugs, and they let me control them through their app even when I'm not connected to the same Wi-Fi. They work great for my needs! Sometimes I don't even need to power cycle my devices, but it's nice to know it’s an option if I need it.
