I'm trying to upgrade my Dell workstation to Windows 11 Pro (version 24H2), but I'm running into a "can't update the reserved partition" error. I used to have software that allowed me to move disk partitions easily, but I haven't needed it in a long time. I've got three recovery partitions right after my C drive (1.06 GB, 970 MB, and another 1.06 GB). What solutions or software would you recommend to help me with this?

You might want to check out GParted Live CD. It's not perfect, but it's effective for one-time tasks like this if you're okay with taking the system offline. It should be able to handle MSR partitions, though it may need to dd the contents since it's not a typical filesystem.
I’m surprised GParted wasn’t suggested right away! It’s a solid option for partition management.
