I've already looked into some ticketing systems like Freshdesk, LiveAgent, Desk365, and ThriveDesk. The company needs a solution that integrates calls, WhatsApp, and email, and ideally works with WooCommerce and Sage200. It should also include AI chatbots, live chat, a knowledge base, and a support desk feature so that AI can assist even when the team is off-duty. Importantly, they want a hosted solution since they don't have IT staff on-site; everything is managed externally, and their website runs on WordPress. We're also looking to accommodate 10 agents. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
