Hey everyone! We're in search of a remote access solution that allows for unattended access for our small team. We're currently using TeamViewer but are interested in exploring alternatives that are more cost-effective and reliable. Here are the key features we're looking for:
- Unattended access
- Easy to set up and use
- Secure connections
- File transfer capabilities
- Ability to support multiple users

I'm eager to hear your recommendations on the best options available. Thanks a lot!

I recommend a few options: RustDesk for self-hosted remote access, NinjaOne for more than just remote access capabilities, and ScreenConnect if you don't mind working with ConnectWise. Just a heads up though, I can't really endorse ConnectWise for business interactions. Kinda hit or miss. But RustDesk could be a great fit for what you need too!

I agree! RustDesk is solid if you're comfortable with self-hosting. Definitely look into it.

RemotePC is another option worth considering. It’s cheaper than TeamViewer and they have modes for better performance, especially with graphics and CAD work. Plus, they support all the features you're looking for!

That sounds promising! I'll definitely take a look at the pricing.

Have you thought about MeshCentral? It's a fantastic free option that really delivers on features.

We use Splashtop in our setup and it has been fantastic. Another option I came across lately is HelpWire; it's free and seems useful for smaller teams.

You might want to check out ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect). We’ve been using it for a while and it works well for our needs.
