I just picked up a Lenovo PC running Windows 7, equipped with 4GB of RAM and no graphics card, powered by an Intel chip. I'm wondering what upgrade options I have to improve its performance. Any suggestions?

Honestly, some people might say it’s better to just buy a new one, but if you're looking to stick with this Lenovo, keep in mind that upgrading can be tricky. They're known for using proprietary parts, which limits your options. Your best bet for a significant boost would be to add more RAM, a solid-state drive (SSD) for quicker boot times, and consider upgrading to Windows 10. These changes can really enhance performance without breaking the bank.

Haha, I don’t think throwing it away is the answer! As long as it’s in good shape, it deserves a chance. Just remember that depending on your needs, it might be more about adding RAM and an SSD than anything else. You can make some solid improvements without starting from scratch.

Totally agree! A little upgrade can go a long way if you know where to focus.
