Looking to Automate My Quote Process—Any Tips?

Hey everyone! I run a coach and minibus business, and I'm planning to upscale my services. Right now, customers fill out a quote form on my website, and I manually respond with a quote. I'm aiming for a system where an automatic email is sent to customers with their pricing—like many of my competitors do. I could really use advice or help on how to set this up! I have a basic price list ready, but you'll need to do more research. There's no rush; I'm just looking for someone skilled to help me out. Thanks!

If you're using Wix for your site, you might want to check out Zapier. It's a no-code tool that can help you automate tasks, including email responses based on form submissions. You can customize how quotes are generated and sent. If you can share any competitors' sites that do this well, it might help figure out their setup!

What’s your budget for this project? It can help narrow down the options you have!

I've built something similar for a solar energy company. If you're interested, I can definitely help you out with this! Just drop me a message.
