I'm planning to build my very first gaming PC and I'm a bit lost on what parts I should choose. My goal is to game at mid to high settings, but I don't need to max everything out. I'm curious about how much I should budget to achieve those settings without going overboard on costs. Any recommendations?

You might want to consider something like the 7700x combined with a 5070 ti, which will cost around $1,490. Here's a link to my build suggestion: [pcpartpicker list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hjDBBq). You can check out a combo deal on Newegg if you’re interested!
For 1080p gaming, a budget of around $1200 should be your sweet spot, though you can even get away with spending less. If you want to game at 1440p, then $1500 is a solid figure. Check out subreddits like r/pcbuild or r/buildmeapc for tailored parts lists. For 1080p, I’d recommend a CPU like the 7600x or 9600x, paired with either a 9060xt 16GB or a 5060ti 16GB. Both setups will run games smoothly at high settings. For 1440p, aim for a similar build but upgrade to a 5070, 9070, or 9070xt!
First off, what's your budget looking like? That'll really help narrow down the options!
I can go up to $1,500, but I do have a little flexibility!

That sounds pretty good! I'll post in those subs for more help. Thanks a lot!
