I've been wanting to build my own PC for the past three years, and I finally made the decision to go for it! My budget is around $1000, and I would really like to be able to run games like Elden Ring at 60 FPS on high settings. I'm considering going with an RTX 3060 Ti, 16GB of RAM, and an Intel i5-13400F processor. Any advice?

If you're open to buying used parts, you might get way more bang for your buck! There are some great deals on components that can really enhance your build.
That’s true, but it does come with risks. It’s hard to know the condition of the parts, and you could end up with a dud.
