I'm completely new to PC building and need some advice. After using a cheap school laptop for the last six years, I'm ready to upgrade. I'm fine with either building a PC myself or buying a prebuilt one. My main aim is to run games like Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5, and maybe Rainbow Six on decent settings. I also play Minecraft and would like to be able to run Discord in the background while gaming. Is my budget of €700-€900 realistic for what I'm hoping to achieve?

You might need to make some compromises, like skipping RGB lighting, but it sounds doable! With your budget, you could expect around 30 FPS on games like RDR2 and GTA 5. If you're open to buying used parts, you could potentially reach 60 FPS on those titles. Just to confirm, is your budget just for the PC itself, or does it include peripherals too?
As long as you're not counting peripherals in that budget, you're in a good spot to build something solid! Just keep in mind that while some games will run a bit choppily, you should still enjoy a decent experience with the right components. And don’t hesitate to check local listings for better deals!
