Hey everyone! I'm really tired of Windows and I'm considering switching to Linux. For a newbie like me, what's the best version of Linux to start with? Also, can I still play my Steam games on Linux? I noticed that some games, like Planet Crafter, don't mention Linux support.

Linux Mint is a great choice, especially for beginners. It has a user-friendly interface and should work well with most Steam games, although there may be a few exceptions. Just keep that in mind!
I switched to Fedora Kinoite a couple of months back and it’s been fantastic. For gaming, you can check compatibility on protondb.com to see how your games will run. Most Steam games are fine, and Planet Crafter is one of the better experiences! Just make sure to choose your Linux flavor wisely; KDE Plasma is great if you like something similar to Windows, while GNOME offers a more macOS-like feel.

Is there a distro that works well with AMD graphics drivers? That’s what I have.
