Looking to Upgrade My 5-Year-Old PC

I built my first PC five years ago, and I'm looking to give it a bit of an upgrade rather than creating a whole new setup. Currently, I'm using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, a B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard, a 3060 TI GPU, and I have 16GB of RAM. I want to know what components I should consider upgrading to make my system faster. I'm mainly playing games like League of Legends and CS, but I also enjoy diving into some AAA titles like God of War Ragnarok and Elden Ring. I want to hit 60fps+ on 1080p without any performance hiccups. What do you suggest?

It’s great that you're looking to upgrade! First off, what's your budget looking like? Are you flexible, or do you have a cap in mind?

My budget is pretty open. I don't want to build a whole new PC, and I don't need to. I typically play League and CS, which this setup handles fine, but I'd like to make sure I can run newer games like Borderlands 4 at 60fps on 1080p.
