I recently got a budget PC from a friend and I think the GPU is the weakest link here. Right now, I've got a 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, and I'm considering upgrading it. I don't need the absolute top specs, but I'd like something that can handle most games at decent quality. For reference, I'm targeting a resolution of 1080p since my monitors can't handle anything higher. My other specs are pretty solid with an Intel Core i7 9700KF @ 3.60GHz, 16GB of Dual-Channel DDR4 RAM, and an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING motherboard. What would be a good GPU upgrade without breaking the bank?

First things first, what’s your budget looking like? If you can spend around $250, I'd recommend either the NVIDIA RTX 3060 or the AMD RX 6650 XT. Both will offer a great jump in performance for 1080p gaming. The RX 7600 and RTX 4060 are also solid choices if you're willing to stretch your budget a bit further!
With your specs, you might not need to go too high-end. The GTX 1660 SUPER is still decent for many games, but if you want a noticeable upgrade, definitely consider the 3060 or 6650 XT. They both perform well for 1080p at decent settings!
Yeah, I've seen good deals on those cards. Just make sure to check your PSU requirements too!
