Hey everyone! I built my first PC a few years back, and now I'm ready to start upgrading it step by step. Here are my current components:
- CPU: Intel Core i5-11400 (2.6 GHz)
- Motherboard: ASRock B560 Pro4
- RAM: DDR4 Textorm - 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3200MHz - CAS 16
- GPU: KFA2 GeForce RTX 2060 Plus (1-Click OC) (12GB)
- Storage: Samsung Série 870 QVO 1TB
- PSU: Corsair TX750M - 750W.
I'm thinking my first upgrade should be an M.2 SSD, ideally a 2TB, since I play some heavy games. However, I'm not very familiar with SSDs, so I'd love any recommendations on good options. Additionally, it would be helpful to know what the next upgrades in my plan should be for better performance!

Upgrading to an M.2 SSD is a solid choice! It will definitely improve your load times, but just keep in mind it's not a huge performance boost overall. If you're looking for a significant increase in gaming performance, consider saving for a new GPU and maybe even a CPU upgrade down the line. Here’s a link to a potential upgrade list I found: https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/r3Kqnp.
Got it! If I want real performance gains, I'll need to look at more than just storage. Thanks for the heads up!
