I'm planning to upgrade most of my PC components except for the RAM and GPU. Currently, I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, an ASRock B550M-C motherboard, 64 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 RAM, and an Asus Phoenix GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GPU. I'm thinking about getting a new case, fans, and a motherboard, and I also want to upgrade my CPU to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. I have two WD 3D Nano SSDs that I'd like to keep using. Can anyone suggest some good parts that are compatible but won't break the bank? I'm a bit lost on case and fan options, as well as a suitable power supply that matches everything.

Why do you want a new motherboard? If you're just swapping from the 5600X to a 5800X3D, you could just replace the CPU without changing the motherboard. Upgrading the motherboard only adds extra costs without giving much benefit in this case. If you're using your budget, consider upgrading that RAM instead; DDR4-2400 is pretty slow!
What are you aiming to achieve with these upgrades? If you're just switching parts for the sake of it, it might get pricey. Upgrading your CPU and motherboard can definitely improve performance, but you'll notice more significant differences in heavy workloads or media processing. If you're just trying to run games like Rust smoothly, your current setup should handle it with a few tweaks.
I want to get a new case, fans, and power supply, so that's part of why I’m considering the motherboard too.
