I keep seeing a charge of $10.80 every month labeled as "virtual purchase" on my bank statement from Apple.com/bill. I'm puzzled because I don't have any subscriptions that cost that much, and the charge date varies between the 11th and 23rd of each month. I checked the Report a Problem link for any purchases linked to my account, but nothing shows up. Apple support just keeps insisting it's a subscription, but none of my known subscriptions match that amount. Has anyone else faced this issue? What can I do to speak with someone at Apple who can actually assist me?

When I encountered something similar, I called Apple and they acknowledged it wasn't my charge and removed it right away. It might be worth a shot!
Could it be AppleTV+ or perhaps Apple Care, especially with tax? Make sure to check your Apple ID email for any receipts from them.
Have you tried checking your purchase history on your Apple account? Sometimes things get mixed up, and it could give you clarity on where the charges are coming from.
Some subscriptions can be tricky with taxes. So if you have a subscription that costs $9, it could actually end up being around $10.80 with taxes included. That might explain the extra charge. But if you're mainly on just iCloud and Paramount, it's odd that it adds up to that amount unless something else is sneaking in there.
It’s likely around $9.99 before tax. But if it doesn’t match your known subscriptions, that’s concerning.
True! My partner pays for most things, and I only handle those, so it’s hard to understand where that extra charge is coming from.
I don't have those services, but I’ll check my email just in case.
