My Audio Technica Headphones Won’t Charge – Help!

I have a pair of over-ear wireless Audio Technica headphones, but I'm not sure which model they are since I can't attach anything here. They've run out of battery, and now every time I try to charge them, the little lamp starts flashing red and white. Usually, it stays red while charging and turns green when fully charged. But now, it's acting weird, and I can't seem to factory reset them because they won't turn on for me to connect via Bluetooth. I'm in a tight spot and can't afford to buy a new pair. What should I do?

You might want to leave them plugged in for a while. Sometimes, if the battery is completely drained, it takes a bit before they start charging normally. But if the light kept flashing, it might indicate a deeper issue. If you can manage to get them charging again, perform a factory reset. Let me know how it goes!

Are you using a micro USB cable to charge them? Sometimes the cable could be the issue. If it's an older model, the battery might also be struggling after three years. Have you tried a different cable or charger just to rule that out?
