Hey everyone, I'm in a tough spot with my AWS account which got suspended four days ago. It all started when I missed a verification email from AWS because it ended up in my Gmail trash, and that led to an automatic suspension. Now, I can't access my account at all.
I've opened a support case and submitted all the necessary verification documents with a detailed explanation. Just yesterday, I received a secure upload link and submitted my documents, which were supposed to trigger an automatic resolution if everything was in order – and it was! I also provided my phone number for a callback, but I haven't received any calls. I've followed up on the case multiple times, but it's still unassigned, and I'm trying to figure out what to do next.
Any advice or escalation options you can suggest?

It's really in AWS's hands now. If you've done everything right and submitted the documents as requested, you've just got to wait for them to process it. There's not much that can be done from our end unfortunately, but hopefully, you'll hear back soon!
It sounds like a frustrating situation! Unfortunately, missing those domain validation emails can lead to issues like this. Right now, the best course of action is to keep following the normal support channels. Make sure to document everything and keep your case number handy. Sometimes, it just takes time – hang in there!
Yeah, keep checking in. They can be slow, but if you stay persistent, they'll usually get to you.

Exactly, patience is key here. Make sure to keep your resume updated though! Just in case.
