My Car Radio Is Acting Up – Any Solutions?

Hey everyone, I've got a real headache with my stock radio in my 2014 Toyota Camry LE. It just stopped working, and I'm convinced there's some sort of electrical issue. The buttons on my steering wheel are totally unresponsive when I try to adjust the radio or volume. While the volume and tuning knobs still function, the radio is stuck on FM, and I can't switch it to connect to my phone for music. Bluetooth pairs with my phone for calls, but not for music, which is driving me nuts. What's even more frustrating is when I use a Bluetooth speaker or earbuds; my car automatically switches to radio, cutting off my music. I've tried forgetting the car's Bluetooth connection on my phone, but it keeps reconnecting on its own. The car's touchscreen is also non-functional. Is there any way to remotely control or fix this radio issue?

A quick fix to try is disconnecting the car battery for about 20 minutes before reconnecting it. It’s like giving the car a reset, and that might clear up any glitches causing your radio issues. If that doesn't help, you may need to consult an audio expert.

You should definitely consider taking it to a mechanic or a specialist. It might seem like a minor issue, but they could have a better way of diagnosing the problem. Just keep in mind it may result in needing a new radio if nothing else works.
