Hey everyone! I've run into a serious issue with my computer; it has slowed down so much that I can't even restart it. Programs like Steam won't launch, and everything feels really laggy. I've tried checking the task manager, but nothing seems off. I'm wondering if there's any software I can use to troubleshoot the problems. Despite looking at the task manager, I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions?

Sounds tough! Have you tried deleting some unnecessary files or reducing the number of startup programs? That sometimes helps clear things up a bit, especially if the system is overloaded.
Have you looked again at your task manager? Sometimes it can show hidden issues. If Chrome is running with 50 tabs, that could be a big culprit; it often eats a lot of memory and disk space. Maybe try closing some of those tabs and see if performance improves.
Just a thought: could your computer be stuck waiting to finish an update? If that’s not it, you might want to consider rolling back Windows to a point when everything was running smoothly. It often helps recover from sluggishness.
