My CPU and GPU are running hot while gaming! What should I do?

I've had my PC for about 3 years now, and it's been working fine until I started noticing that my CPU and GPU temperatures hit around 70-80°C while playing games like World of Warcraft, Warzone, and Fortnite. The temps get so high that my monitor turns off, but I can still hear the game audio. Ultimately, my tower restarts a few moments later. The whole case feels hot to the touch, and I'm really worried that something's broken! Here are my specs: Ryzen 7 3700x, NVIDIA 3070, and 16GB RAM.

Honestly, 70-80°C is within a tolerable range for gaming, but if it's causing your monitor to turn off, that's concerning. It might just be a need for better cooling. Have you checked the airflow in your case?

Yeah, but the whole case gets hot! I don't know if that’s normal.
