Hey everyone! I'm trying to build my first PC, but when I power it on, it won't boot at all. I'm seeing the VGA light on, and the system is stuck at the error code 00. I've already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the GPU multiple times, but it's still not working. Just to clarify, the GPU fans are running fine. I'm a bit stuck here and could really use some help! I know my cable management isn't great right now—I'm focusing on troubleshooting first. Check out the parts list and photos I've linked to see what I'm working with!

Looks like you might need to check your PCPartPicker link; it seems incorrect! Make sure to use a working permalink so we can see the parts list properly. Also, double-check that all connections are secure, especially to the GPU and motherboard. Sometimes reseating the RAM can help too!
Don't worry too much about the cable management right now; it's great that you're focusing on getting the system to boot first! Make sure all the power cables are securely connected, especially the ones for the GPU. Sometimes a loose connection can cause these issues.
I’ll check those connections again—thanks for the suggestion!
If the VGA light is on, it may indicate a GPU issue. Try booting with integrated graphics (if you have that option) to see if the system gets past the boot screen. If it does, then there might be something wrong with your GPU or the PCIe slot. Just a thought!
Thanks for the tip! I tried reseating the RAM, and that seemed to help; the PC is booting up now!
