I transferred a lot of videos from my phone and laptop to my new HP 2TB flash drive about a month ago. I didn't check the files thoroughly, but when I went to play them a few weeks later, most of the videos were corrupted. I've tried moving new mp4 videos onto the drive, but they get corrupted too. I even used EaseUs to recover the files, but it didn't help. There are a few videos that seem fine, but I'm not sure why. How can I recover the corrupted videos, and make sure future transfers don't corrupt the files?

It sounds like your flash drive might have some serious issues. Try reformatting it using your computer – that often helps clear up any bad sectors. Just make sure to back up any non-corrupted files first. Also, make sure to use the drive properly and eject it safely each time to avoid corruption. If that doesn’t work, you might want to consider getting a different drive if it keeps having problems. Hope this helps!
I had a similar issue once. If reformatting doesn’t work, you could try using another recovery tool like Stellar or Recuva. Sometimes these tools can recover files that seem completely lost. But beware: make sure you’re not writing any new data on the drive, as that could overwrite the corrupted files.
