I have an old Western Digital hard drive that stopped functioning almost a year ago. It shows up in the BIOS, Device Manager, and even in Disk Management, but when I check its properties, it indicates a capacity of 0MB. I have Samsung Magician installed, and interestingly, it detects the drive and shows its actual capacity. I'm really hoping to recover some family memories stored on it. When I attempt to enable it in Device Manager, it says it's already enabled. Is there any solution to get this drive working again?

You should check Disk Management. If it's listed there but showing as unallocated or something unusual, that could be a sign it needs to be initialized or imported. It might look like this: [imgur link].
Yes, I can see it there, but it shows up like this: [imgur link]. Any advice on what to do next?
