My iPhone 13 battery is dying and the screen is lifting, what’s going on?

I dropped my iPhone 13 on the road a couple of weeks ago, and it was left there for about 30 minutes. At that time, everything seemed totally fine. However, now, two weeks later, I'm experiencing significant battery problems where the phone shuts down unexpectedly when it's at 30-50% battery. Additionally, I've noticed that the screen is bulging slightly. I'm wondering if this is a sign of battery swelling. Should I stop using my phone and replace the battery, or could there be another reason for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely sounds like a battery issue. You should stop using the phone and back up your data if you can. After that, take it to a reliable repair shop for a thorough checkup.

It sounds like your battery might have been damaged from the drop. When a battery starts to swell, it can be risky. It's best to stop using the phone entirely and not charge it until a professional checks it out. Safety first!

Should I be worried I’ll lose all my data? Honestly, that’s my biggest concern.
