I'm having a frustrating issue with my HP laptop where every time I open a new tab or application, it scrolls all the way to the bottom. It doesn't matter what I'm doing—if I try to read an article or look through the settings, it just jumps down. The only way it stops is when I refresh the tab, but lately, the problem is getting worse and I can't even refresh without clicking something first. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Have you checked if the issue occurs across all web browsers and applications, or is it just specific to one? It might help to narrow down the problem. Also, it's worth considering if any specific setting might be interfering with your laptop's scrolling.
Make sure to look for any updates for your laptop, especially for drivers related to the touchpad or keyboard. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause weird issues like this. It's good to keep everything updated!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll check for updates right now and see if that helps.

Yeah, it sounds like it could be a system-wide issue if it’s happening in multiple browsers and apps. You might want to try looking into your touchpad settings or checking for any stuck keys that could be causing the scrolling.
