I really need some help. My laptop suddenly stopped charging and I'm in a bit of a panic! I normally swap chargers when there's an issue, but this time nothing happens—the charge light isn't on at all. Right now, I've only got about 6% battery left, and while the laptop works fine when plugged in, it just won't charge. The last time I used it, everything was okay until I unplugged it, and now it won't work when I plug it back in. It's a Samsung touchscreen model. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you considered trying a different battery? Also, just a thought—make sure your electricity bill is paid up—might seem silly, but it's worth checking!
And just to clarify, I get that changing the battery might be tricky if it's not detachable, just making sure you explore all options!
It sounds like the battery might have reached the end of its life. When your laptop is plugged in, it can still run using direct power, but if the battery is dead, it won't charge. If your model has a detachable battery, swapping it out for a new one could solve the problem.

Everything's good with the electricity, I'm on my phone now and it's charging just fine!
