My Laptop Won’t Recognize Any Mice, But Other USB Devices Work Fine

I'm having trouble with my Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16ARX8 laptop. I can't get any of the three mice I've tried to work, even though my headset and other devices like my Kindle are functioning perfectly. I get no error messages or warnings from Windows, which makes this even more puzzling. I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps: everything is updated, I've reinstalled the USB Root drivers, and I've restarted my laptop countless times. I also used USBLogView, which shows my headset but doesn't detect any of the mice. It seems unlikely that all three mice broke at once. I could really use some help figuring this out!

Have you tried checking if you see the mouse cursor at all? Sometimes it might be a software issue, so just confirming that can help narrow things down!

Yes, I can see the cursor and move it with the laptop trackpad, which is really confusing.

Make sure you're trying different USB ports for the mice. Also, running an SFC scan could help fix any underlying issues. Give those a shot!

I tried all my USB ports and ran the SFC scan and repair, but no luck. Thanks for the suggestions!
