I've recently formatted my laptop, but it still feels slow despite having decent specs. Sometimes when I type, it stops for about 10 seconds without any reason, then resumes. There are also moments where the device completely freezes for a minute before working normally again. In terms of gaming, it's struggling too; I'm playing PUBG on the Steam version and only getting around 40 frames per second, even on the lowest settings. Here are my specs: I'm using an Intel i7 8th generation processor (2.59GHz), 32GB of RAM (2667MHz), an HP Zbook 15 G5, and a 512GB SSD. The graphics card is a Quadro P1000 (4GB) along with Intel UHD Graphics 630, but I don't even know what role the integrated graphics play. I'm running on Windows 11 Pro. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I could really use some help figuring this out.

Is the issue just while gaming, or does it also occur during everyday tasks like browsing? Quadro graphics cards are really meant for workstations, not gaming, which might explain the lower performance. However, getting only 40 FPS in PUBG on lowest settings seems off. Have you checked if the overheating is a problem? That could be throttling your performance!
It sounds like a hardware issue, especially since you already did a reinstall. I recommend running a benchmark test using Cinebench to see if your CPU or GPU is performing lower than expected. For your RAM, try the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, and consider using CrystalDiskInfo to check the health of your SSD. That could give you some insights on what's wrong!
Yeah, it's slow for both gaming and basic tasks. I know Quadro cards aren’t ideal for gaming, but this seems way off. I've seen reviews claiming this laptop can hit at least 150 FPS for PUBG!
