I'm trying to help my mom with her laptop issue. It's running Windows 11 Pro, and whenever she presses any number key except for the number 5, it opens the "bookmark all tabs" window in Chrome or Edge. We thought the Ctrl key might be stuck, but it seems to be functioning properly for other keys. This problem is making it difficult for her to work, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Is this just happening in Chrome? Maybe try typing in Notepad to see if the same thing occurs. Also, have you checked in Edge to see if it happens there too? A quick reboot of the laptop might also help clear any minor glitches.
I held the laptop without touching anything and it happened again, so it seems to be happening regardless of the browser. I'm rebooting now and will let you know the outcome. Thanks for your help!
