Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue where my monitor isn't connecting to my PC after going through a Safe Boot process. Here's what happened: I reached out to NordVPN support for help with a related issue, and they guided me to remove leftover NordVPN files from my system and temporarily disable my antivirus/firewall. I followed their steps to enter Safe Boot with Networking and ran the NordVPN installer with admin rights. The installation went fine, but now my monitor won't connect to my PC. Strangely, it works perfectly with my laptop.
I've already tried removing the CMOS battery and even removed the GPU, connecting the HDMI directly to the motherboard. I'm looking for any suggestions or solutions to get my monitor working again. Thanks a lot!

First thing, did you make sure to uncheck "Safe boot" in msconfig after the installation? You need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. That could be the reason your monitor isn’t connecting properly!
Honestly, I can’t even see the display to do that. Any other suggestions?
