I just got an MSI MAG monitor a week ago and it was working fine until today. Now, when I turn it on, I only see 'HDMI 1 No Signal' on the screen. I've already updated my drivers, but it hasn't resolved the issue. The Intel control center detects the monitor, but it's greyed out and when I try to detect it, it can't find it. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps like resetting the monitor, but I can't access the knob on the back—I'm guessing there's a lock or something because when I press it, the screen just flashes solid blue, white, and red. I'm really not sure what the problem could be.

First, make sure the HDMI cable is firmly connected on both ends. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause this issue. If it still shows 'No Signal,' try plugging the HDMI into another port on your laptop if available, or, if possible, test the monitor with a different device to rule out the cable or monitor itself as the problem.
If the monitor is getting power and working to some extent, it could also be a settings issue. Go into your graphics settings and ensure the correct display output is selected. Also, if your laptop has function keys to switch displays (like Fn + F4 or something similar), try that too. Just be careful when trying to access the menu on the back, maybe consult the manual to unblock that knob.
You might want to check Device Manager like someone mentioned. Sometimes, simply uninstalling the monitor from Device Manager and then rebooting your laptop can help it reset the connection. After rebooting, make sure to right-click on the desktop and choose 'Display Settings' to see if the monitor appears there.
