Hey everyone, I've recently built a gaming PC that I've been using for about two weeks, but it keeps crashing. By 'crashing,' I mean the screen goes black and the system restarts. I've already installed the latest drivers, ran MemTest86, and reset the BIOS, but nothing seems to solve the issue. I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out! Here are my specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/46M79C

I totally get your frustration! It sounds like a tough situation. I would suggest trying out OCCT as well. Even though you mentioned it crashes randomly, keeping an eye on the tests could help figure out if there’s a specific component that's failing.

Try downloading OCCT and running individual tests to determine what might be causing the crashes. You could do the system wattage test for about 5-10 minutes and follow that with a GPU test. It would help narrow down the problem. Also, just a thought, but when do the crashes happen? Are they occurring while idle or during gameplay?
