My New GPU, CPU, and PSU Don’t Work—Any Ideas?

I recently upgraded my GPU, CPU, and PSU all at once, but I'm running into a problem. After the upgrade, the fans and RGB lights turn on, but I get no response from my mouse, keyboard, or monitors at all. I removed the GPU to see if that made a difference and the system does power on, but still no response from anything connected to the motherboard or GPU. I've double-checked that all the cables are connected properly. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong or what I can do?

It sounds like you might have skipped a BIOS update before swapping your CPUs. It's a good idea to update the BIOS whenever you're installing new hardware. You can usually do this through the motherboard's website. Just find your model, download the latest BIOS version, and follow their instructions to update.

I don't think I updated the BIOS. Could you tell me how to do that?
