Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and I'm running into a bit of trouble. Here's what I have: an Asus Prime B650 Plus motherboard, 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM, one SSD from my old laptop with Windows installed, and a second empty Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB SSD. I also have an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X CPU, a Corsair Nautilus 240 RS cooling system, and an Inno3D GeForce RTX 5060 GPU.
The PC powers on since I can hear a click from the PSU and the CPU cooler is making noise, plus my RGB keyboard lights up. But I can't get any display output! I haven't figured out how to connect the cooling system's fans to the motherboard yet, as I thought just plugging the CPU_FAN cable would be enough. I'm not sure if the fans not being plugged in could be the issue.
I've also reseated the RAM and checked all the PSU connections, and I've tried connecting the HDMI to the GPU, but nothing seems to work. I'm really stumped—what can I do?

It's possible that your motherboard won't post without the CPU cooler properly connected. Make sure you find that SYS_FAN header and plug in the cooling system's fans. If the fans aren't working, that could be preventing your PC from booting up correctly.
Have you checked if your BIOS is up to date? Sometimes, motherboards won't boot properly if the CPU cooling isn't detected. That's a common issue. When you turn it on, what does the monitor display? Is it just a black screen or does it say something like 'no display detected'?
I see a Philips logo when I start it, and then it just goes to 'no video output, entering standby mode' after a couple of seconds.
