I built a PC for a friend recently, using only integrated graphics since there's no dedicated GPU. Just a week ago, the monitor started showing a "no signal" message and now there's no video output at all. I've tried everything I could think of, including testing with multiple working monitors, swapping out the RAM, reseating the CPU, unplugging non-essential hardware, installing a video card, clearing the CMOS, and even updating the BIOS. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Also, the mouse isn't lighting up, which adds to the confusion. I don't have spare parts like another motherboard or CPU to test with. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here are the specs: Ryzen 5 7600, Asus Prime B650 Plus motherboard, Patriot Viper RAM (2x8GB), and a Corsair CX750 PSU.

Have you checked the CPU for any bent pins? It's a common issue that can easily lead to no video output when something's not seated properly. Just take a quick look and see if everything looks good.
It sounds like the system isn't even getting to the POST stage if the mouse isn't lighting up. Are the fans spinning when you power it on? If they're running, are they staying on? Any beeping or sounds from the motherboard that you can hear? If it's dead silent, that could indicate a bigger problem.
Yes, the fans and RGB LEDs are on, but there's no beeping or any other sounds at all.

I checked and everything seemed fine with the CPU pins.
